Aegis Bulks Up In Japan, Acquires Hablar

London-based Aegis Group, which is poised to merge with Japanese agency holding company Dentsu, this morning, announced its own acquisition in Japan, the purchase of Tokyo-based performance and search marketing agency Hablar. Terms were not disclosed, but the company said Hablar, which was founded in 2003, has a “long partnership” with Aegis Media Japan, including Aegis’ iProspect operations there.
