Nintendo is placing more than 5,000 interactive kiosks in major retailers, including Target, Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart and Toys ‘R’ Us, to give shoppers a chance to preview its new Wii U console gaming system. Depending on the type and location, the kiosks will either give shoppers a chance to experience hands-on play for the system or watch specially created video content that highlights the game’s features. The Wii U, which includes an integrated tablet-like game pad, will launch in North America on Nov. 18, with a suggested retail price of $39.99.
