Rapp Named Editor, 'Roll Call'

David Rapp was named editor of Roll Call, the news source of Capitol Hill since 1955. He will begin his new position as the top editorial leader, overseeing the newspaper and Web site on Nov. 12. Rapp joined Bloomberg Government in 2011. Prior to that, he was vice president, content for the 1105 Government Information Group, a Washington Metro-area publisher of magazines and online services for government IT professionals. Before that, he spent 22 years at Congressional Quarterly.
