MediaCom's On A Roll Down Under

GroupM’s MediaCom unit this morning announced five new business wins over the past three months in its Australian offices. The wins, which total about $57 million in billings, include: consumer health and personal care company PharmaCare Laboratories, online employment brand SEEK, online retailer The Iconic, and retailer Chemist Warehouse.

MediaCom will share media planning and buying tasks on Chemist Warehouse with Quattro Group.

All four accounts were won after competitive pitches with MediaCom beating Starcom, Ikon, Initiative and Mitchell  & Partners.

MediaCom said it also “extended its relationships” with existing client Merlin Entertainments to include Melbourne Aquarium and UnderWater World on the Sunshine Coast.
