Aegis Names General Counsel Zinger A 'Global Executive'

On the eve of its proposed merger with Dentsu, Aegis Group this morning named General Counsel Simon Zinger to the position of global executive. Zinger, who reports to CEO Jerry Buhlmann, joined Aegis in 2003 and has responsibility for Aegis’ 25-person team of lawyers.
