Relatively Speaking: If Einstein Designed a Yacht, What Would It Look Like?

Albert Einstein, yacht enthusiast? Believe it.

Amsterdam Worldwide created a concept superyacht for Feadship, a Netherlands-based crafter of custom yachts, based on amenities that a potential client, Albert Einstein, would prefer.

A 90-meter model of the aptly named Relativity was on display at the Monaco Boat Show.

There’s a Society Deck that contains a great deal of open, outdoor deck space, or Infinity Path, that passengers could access through a think tank conference room.

Above that is the Intelligence Deck, where six scientist cells, or minimalist rooms are housed. There’s also a Smoking Lounge, but my favorite aspect of this superyacht is the Fourth Dimension Slide.

This bad boy runs half the length of the yacht and allows guests to splash into the ocean at a speed close to the speed of light.

Feadship creates a customized, concept yacht every year, typically with an actual client in mind. This was the first time the brand created a superyacht for a deceased person who loved the water and owned many boats in his lifetime.

Visitors were able to interact with the concept yacht digitally and watch how it came to life, in a 90-meter model version.

This begs the question: What time does the harbor arrive at the yacht?
