Digitas Promotes Beeching To Global Executive Creative Director

Digitas has promoted Mark Beeching, currently executive creative director, Digitas New York, to Global Executive Creative Director for Digitas. Beeching rejoined the agency in 2003, and in his new assignment, will spearhead a network-wide Digitas creative approach, lead all executive creative directors, and remain closely engaged with several major clients. Beeching will report to Digitas Inc. President Laura Lang. Beeching has received many of the industry's top honors--including five Direct Marketing Association Gold awards--working for clients such as Guinness, American Express, Ericsson, HMV Record Stores, HSBC, Adidas, and Peugeot. Digitas has received more than 32 awards for distinguished creative since the beginning of the year, including four Cannes Lions Awards at the 51st Annual International Advertising Festival in Cannes, France in June.
