Fast-fashion Uniqlo Expands In New York

Uniqlo, the Japanese cheap-chic retailer, says it plans to open two new stores in the metropolitan New York area, its sixth and seventh U.S. locations. (There are already stores in New York, Paramus, N.J., and San Francisco.) Owned by Fast Retailing, the brand competes with the likes of H&M, Zara and Top Shop.
