Kia is advertising in the Super Bowl to get the word out about the new Forte Coupe. The ad features a robot played by former Miss USA Alyssa Campanella, who teaches a guy to respect technology. The ad, “Hotbots”, is scheduled to air during the third quarter. The focus is on Kia's UVO hands-free infotainment and telematics system, UVO eServices, when it goes on sale in the coming months.
The ad, via AOR Santa Monica-based David&Goliath also comes in extended form “Hotbots” on YouTube.com/Kia. This is the fourth time the automaker will have been in the Super Bowl. The automaker also has the ad for Sorento. The "Hotbots" ad includes print, social media and in-dealership components.
