Hailo Hails $30M In Fresh Funding

Hailo has closed a Series B funding round worth $30.6 million, and led by Union Square Ventures. Hailo is an “e-hailing” app, which lets users see the real-time locations of nearby
cabs, and then beckon one of their choosing. Slowly rolling out in the world’s biggest cities, The Next Web reports that Hailo could make its New York City debut within weeks.
