Campbell Soup Company, which has been a sponsor of the American Heart Association’s “Go Red For Women” heart-health movement for seven years, is this year running an “Address Your Heart Kitchen Project” with celebrity-chef spokesperson Antonia Lofaso.

The hub of the campaign, running during February, is a dedicated Address Your Health site, where Lofaso, a fan favorite on Bravo’s “Top Chef All-Stars,” is offering tips on heart-healthy cooking and eating. The recipes feature a number of the nearly 100 Campbell’s products that have earned the American Heart Association’s Heart-Check certification mark.

In addition, Lofaso is helping to promote a Kitchen Project sweeps, in which consumers who share stories about how they care for their hearts on the Address Your Heart site earn chances to win a $50,000 kitchen makeover, along with a year’s supply of Campbell’s heart-healthy products.

The site is also featuring downloadable coupons for heart-healthy Campbell’s products, including Healthy Request soups (condensed, Chunky and 100% Natural), Prego Heart Smart Italian sauces, Swanson chicken, V8 100% low sodium vegetable juices, and V8 V-Fusion 100% vegetable and fruit juices.

Campbell’s “Address Your Heart” campaign has pledged to contribute $5.4 million to the AHA’s “Go Red for Women” movement through 2015.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death among women in the U.S. An estimated 43 million women in the country are affected by heart disease.
