Omnicom Hits 4% Organic Growth Target For 2012

Omnicom Group reported fourth quarter revenue of nearly $4 billion, up 2.4% with a net income gain of 13% to $307.1 million.

For full year 2012 revenues increased 2.5% to $14.2 billion on a net income gain of close to 5% or $1 billion.

Organic growth was 4% for full year 2012, which was in line with previous company guidance and down from the company’s 6.1% organic growth the prior year.

Fourth quarter organic growth was 2.7% versus 5.2% for the fourth quarter of 2011.

Company officials have indicated they believe organic growth for 2013 will be between 2% and 3%.
