Ford Fusion To De-Homogenize NASCAR
Seen one NASCAR racer, seen them all. Especially in recent years, NASCAR vehicles have had to adhere to the "Car of the Future" format. Ford and other automakers have been trying to change that. Manufacturers now can customize 13 individual exterior surfaces to bring the look and shape of their entries a bit closer to their production models. Ford has spent about two years developing the new NASCAR Fusion. It will debut at this coming weekend’s opening NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway.
