Fazoli's, the largest Italian QSR chain in the U.S., has launched refrigerated, heat-and-serve Italian entrees and side dishes in leading supermarket chains.

The products are available in refrigerated meat cases in supermarkets including Schnuck’s, Shop ‘n Save, and A&P, and in the next few months will be at other retail chains including Marsh, Safeway, Meijer, reports the company.

The entrees (priced at $6.99) are Creamy Penne Alfredo with Roasted Chicken and Broccoli; Five-Cheese Lasagna with Meat Sauce; Shrimp Rustica with Bowtie Pasta in Cream Sauce; Penne Marinara with Meatballs and Italian Sausage. The side dishes ($4.49) are Cheese Ravioli in Asiago Cream Sauce and Cheese Tortellini with Rustica Cream Sauce.  

Fazoli's, which has about 200 locations, is owned by Sun Capital Partners. It was recently ranked #2 among large, national fast-food chains in the Zagat Survey.
