Riley Named President, World Federation Of Advertisers

Martin Riley, Group Chief Marketing Officer at Pernod Ricard, has been elected president of the World Federation of Advertisers, the advertiser trade association. The election was confirmed Wednesday at the group’s annual general meeting in Brussels, where the WFA is based. He will hold the post for two years, with the option of extending for one additional year. Riley succeeds Chris Burggraeve, former global CMO of Anhesuer-Busch InBev. Also, Bob Liodice, president and CEO of the Association of National Advertisers was elected to the WFA post of North American vice president.
