New Investor Emerges In Havas Scenario

Belgian investor Albert Frere has acquired a stake of between 4% and 5% in Havas, fueling a new round of speculation that the French agency holding company might go into play. The move follows a gradual build up in the position of French corporate raider Vincent Bollore, who has amassed a 22 percent stake in Havas and is believed to be weighing a takeover.
