Dex Media, Inc., a print and online Yellow Pages media company, Monday appointed Russell T. Lewis, president and CEO of the New York Times Company, to the Dex Media Board of Directors. He will serve
on the audit committee of the Board. Lewis has served as president, CEO, and director of The New York Times Company since 1997. As announced earlier this year, he will retire from his New York Times
post at the end of 2004.
