Ransier Joins Starcom USA As VP, Director For Del Monte

Cindy Ransier has joined Publicis Groupe’s Starcom USA as vice president/director overseeing the agency’s Del Monte account. She will be based at Starcom’s Los Angeles office and will report to Starcom senior vice president, media director, Darilyn Stratton. In addition to her client duties, Ransier will focus on management and agency initiatives for the office. Previously, Ransier was vice president of media at the Phelps Group. Before that she was vice president/media director at Dentsu America.
