Harmelin Media has formed a partnership with Belk, Inc., a large family-owned and operated department store celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. Harmelin Media will serve as Belk's broadcast
buying agency. Belk has more than 300 stores in 16 states. TV will be purchased for Belk's 24 active DMAs. Harmelin Media specializes in strategic media solutions and has grown to more than $450
