Sundance Teams With Geico, Hyundai For 'Writer's Room'

Sundance Channel has teamed with Geico and Hyundai in separate branded entertainment campaigns for the non-fiction series “The Writers’ Room," which debuted July 29.  Produced in partnership with Entertainment Weekly, the roundtable talk show hosted by Oscar-winning screenwriter Jim Rash talks with TV creatives on their choices and mistakes for shows including “Breaking Bad,” “Game of Thrones,” “Dexter,” “American Horror Story,”  “Parks and Recreation” and “The New Girl.” Geico's campaign  includes "In the Room With" vignette that feature the Martin Agency discussing its commercials, such as "Good News" and "Maxwell the Pig." Hyundai’s “One on One with the Writers” branded vignettes allow viewers to watch extended conversations with writers from "Parks & Recreation," "Breaking Bad" and "Dexter."
