Chicago-based regional magazine publisher Modern Luxury Media has secured a $50 million capital investment from Shamrock Capital Growth Fund, an affiliate of Shamrock Holdings Inc., the private
investment company of the Roy E. Disney family. Modern Luxury is a leading publisher of regional, luxury lifestyle publications, with magazines in Chicago, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and
Dallas; a Houston title is planned for March 2005.
