Former Universal-McCann Media Buyer Heads to PIC-TV

Kevin Moore has been hired to handle East Coast accounts for PIC-TV, a company that creates short promotional spots for television shows.

Most recently the senior media buyer for the Johnson & Johnson account at Interpublic Group's Universal McCann (UM), Moore will be responsible for generating new accounts for 10-second promotional spots and closed captioned sponsorships. He will be reporting to Marc Goodman, senior vice president, East Coast sales director.

"We are very excited to add Kevin to our outstanding New York team," said Steve Berger, president and chief executive officer, PIC-TV. "His extensive experience in media will greatly increase the visibility of our exciting medium."

Prior to working at UM, Moore garnered a broad range of client experience working as a national broadcast buyer on the GlaxoSmithKline, Pharmacia, M&M Mars and Playtex accounts at Grey Global Group's MediaCom.

PIC-TV specializes in the planning and placement of 10-second promotional spots and closed captioned sponsorships for programs such as "Live With Regis and Kelly," "Home Improvement," "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," "Dr. Phil." and "Becker."
