InterActiveCorp Tuesday named Thomas McInerney chief financial officer, after the current CFO took over the Web conglomerate's travel division. McInerney, now chief executive of HSN, its television
shopping network, and IAC Electronic Retailing, will succeed Dara Khosrowshahi as company CFO on Jan. 1. Last week IAC said Khosrowshahi would become head of IAC Travel.
