Groupe has expanded its digital footprint, announcing a deal to acquire London-based Poke, an award-winning digital shop known for its work on Mulberry, SkyBet, the BBC, and other clients.Terms were
not disclosed, but Publicis said it bought the 12-year-old agency from its four founding shareholders and the U.K.’s Mother Holdings Ltd.
With specialty services in digital design,
user experience, social, e-commerce, mobile and product development, Poke will continue operate as a freestanding agency alongside Publicis London, Publicis Chemistry and Publicis Blueprint.
