MediaCom's Jordan Harris Joins SNTA

Former MediaCom executive Jordan Harris was named director, sales and marketing for the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA) today.

Harris was senior vice president, group director at the Grey Global Group media shop. In his position with MediaCom, he was responsible for media planning for a vast array of brands for ConAgra Foods including Butterball, Hebrew National, Reddi-wip, Egg Beaters, Banquet, Orville Redenbacher's, and Slim Jim.

He will report to Mitch Burg, SNTA's president.

From 1999 to 2003, Harris was group media director for Fallon New York where he received two Effie Awards for his work on the USTA's U.S. Open and direct response advertising campaigns. His accounts also included brands for Nestle Purina Pet Treats, Starbucks, Time Inc., Conseco, and National Oilheat Research Alliance.

Harris began his media career with Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor and held senior positions with The Media Edge (now known as WPP Group's Mediaedge:cia) and WPP's J. Walter Thompson in San Francisco.
