Sundance Channel’s next original nonfiction, six-episode series will be “Loredana, ESQ.” It chronicles the life of Loredana Nesci, a former LAPD officer turned lawyer, who navigates
the criminal defense system. Nesci defends those who sorely need it -- not hardened criminals, but per Sundance, "just regular people, some of whom may have made bad choices and find themselves
condemned." The series, which is currently in production, is slated to premiere in March 2014.
