In a continued effort to expand its broad commerce capabilities, About.com yesterday said it entered into an exclusive partnership with comparison shopping site PriceGrabber.com. Nearly two months
ago, About.com began rolling out PriceGrabber's comparative shopping information--citing some 10.5 million products--on many of About.com's 23 content channels, including shopping and style, home and
garden, and health and fitness. As of yet, not all of About.com's channels have a shopping component. Peter Horan, CEO of About.com, said the company needs to catch up with regard to travel and
entertainment channels, but forecasts that solid progress will be made over the next year.
