This New Year's Eve, Microsoft will offer a live Webcast of Times Square between 6 p.m. and midnight, the company announced yesterday. MSN plans to periodically interrupt the streaming video feed,
supported by Limelight Networks, with streaming ads. An MSN spokeswoman declined to name any of the advertisers.
