Havas SA's Euro RSCG subsidiary has won the advertising budget for a joint venture in China between French car maker PSA Peugeot-Citroen and Dong Feng Motors. The alliance between Peugeot and Dong Feng will build and sell some 150,000 cars in 2004, and Peugeot will produce a special Chinese version of its successful 307 model.
