VivaKi has made its existing relationship with Innovid more expansive, choosing the immersive video technology company its preferred ad partner for all of its branches worldwide, the companies said today.
Prior to today’s announcement, VivaKi, a unit of the giant Publicis Groupe was already working closely with Innovid.
But now, Innovid CEO and co-founder Zvika Netter said, the broader arrangement “let us put the pedal to the metal.”
As part of the deal, Innovid also will provide performance data to VivaKi's own centralized data service, SkySkraper, Netter said.
Innovid creates, delivers and measures video campaigns across all screens, and working with Cisco, it has now developed solutions for second-screen integration.
Netter credits “our ability globally to work across all screens,” which works well with VivaKi’s far-flung operations that can depend on Innovid rather than several separate companies in different countries. Tina Wein, Innovid's vice president for agency strategy and partnerships, worked on solidifying the VivaKi deal.
It helps brands to create and deliver measurable pre-roll across an increasingly fragmented video advertising universe. Netter said the VivaKi alliance will likely adds millions of dollars in additional revenue by as much as tripling the volume of ads it handles.
