Dunnhumby To Buy Sociomantic?

Business Insider reported that Dunnhumby has bought Sociomantic, an ad retargeting firm, for $175 - $200 million.
However, Business Insider makes it clear that it “heard this information from two industry sources who are not Dunnhumby or Sociomantic employees.”
RTM Daily reached out to Dunnhumby and Sociomantic representatives about the report but had not heard back by presstime.
