With the brief to "reinvent Argos as a digital retail leader," the leading high street and digital retailer whittled a long list of five, including JWT and Publicis, down to a straight battle
between incumbent CHI & Partners and Now.
Argos has praised CHI for not simply turning up as the incumbent, but for actively re-winning the account.
