Lenovo this week tapped Unified as its social marketing platform of choice for programmatic buying. The two companies have worked together in the past, including for a laptop PC campaign that ran on Facebook during this year's Super Bowl.
Lenovo will use Unified’s Social Operating Platform for its social-media ad buys. Gary Milner, director of global digital marketing at Lenovo, stated that the use of a cloud-based service will allow Lenovo to keep all of its paid social-media data on one platform “regardless of geography.”
The news comes nearly fourth months after Lenovo partnered with TubeMogul for programmatic video advertising.
