CPXi, an ad tech company with a focus on applying programmatic technologies to the creative within ads, this week announced it has closed a $30 million round of funding. The round was led by the Business Development Corporation of America.
The company intends to use the money to bolster its programmatic media platforms.
Additionally, the company has promoted Jeff Hirsch to president. He previously served as the company’s chief marketing officer. Per the release, “he will continue to be responsible for sales and marketing.”
CPXi has also named Nick Pahade, CEO of Poptent, and Janet Balis, partner and CRO at betaworks, as new members of its Board of Directors.
