Kia Looks To CRM As It Shifts From Launch To Retention

Kia is seeking to appoint a CRM agency as it shifts focus to concentrate on retention. Mark Hopkins, marketing director at Kia, and former head of marketing at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, is
leading the review with the help of Hamilton Associates. Hopkins explained the move comes after Kia has started to establish itself in the market and now needs to concentrate on retaining the
customers this launch activity has earned.
