Agencies Need To Align Success With What Clients Are Bonused On

William Hill's CMO, Kristof Fahy, blasted the attitude of agencies who 'have no skin in the game'. Rather than rely on being likeable, marketing and advertising agencies need to be accountable, he argued at an Advertising Week Europe panel. Brands should be paying bonuses on corporate goals and asking agencies how their market share or revenue has been improved. "If you want to be a partner, come and be a partner -- but hold yourself to the same things that I get bonused on," Fahy blasted
