Dunnhumby Officially Acquires Sociomantic

Business Insider first reported the potential sale in mid-March, though it appears to have been made official on April 3.
According to Business Insider sources, Dunnhumby paid $175-200 million, though The Drum’s report notes that the company was sold for an undisclosed amount.
