RadiumOne CEO Gurbaksh Chahal has reportedly “pleaded guilty to one charge of domestic violence battery and one charge of battery” related to an August incident in which he was charged with 45 felony counts for allegedly beating his girlfriend, per the Daily Mail.

Daily Mail says the alleged assault was on CCTV (surveillance), but a judge reportedly “ruled the video inadmissible as the San Francisco Police Department had obtained it without a warrant.” In addition, “Chahal’s girlfriend also withdrew her testimony and refused to cooperate.”

At press time, Daily Mail says Chahal remains CEO of RadiumOne.
