Merkle, a customer relationship management (CRM) agency, on Wednesday announced it has partnered with [x+1], a data management platform (DMP). Merkle will license Origin, [x+1]’s platform.
John Nardone, CEO of [x+1], stated: “Merkle clients can [now] unlock all their data -- first-party, transactional, social, mobile and other audience information -- to inform more meaningful and relevant experience for their customers and prospects.”
Origin is the first DMP Merkle has licensed, per an [x+1] representative. Of note is that Merkle says it will use the [x+1] platform to bring offline CRM data into its own marketing platform.
