Ad tech developer Adcade on Friday announced the appointment of Carrie Coffee as VP of sales and business development. Coffee will be responsible for the company’s national sales efforts with both buyers and sellers as well as the industry’s adoption of the Adcade platform.
Adcade has an ad-building platform that uses HTML5 meant to help digital advertisers create ads for cross-screen campaigns.
“Creative is often left out of the programmatic conversation due to underlying technology limitations of delivering good creative at scale and cross-platform,” Coffee said.
The appointment comes after Adcade secured $5 million in Series A funding in a round led by Polaris Partners, with other investors including ff Venture Capital and Quotidian Ventures.
