Ad shop gyro has tapped Sebastien Zanini and Pierre-Marie Faussurier to lead the gyro Paris creative effort as co-executive creative directors, the agency confirmed Wednesday. In their new assignments they will oversee work for clients such as Credit Foncier, SFR, Technicolor and Zeiss, among others.
Faussurier joined gyro from FCB, where he was executive creative director. Zanini was also a senior creative at FCB until his departure several months ago. Together their careers have also spanned BBDO, DDB and Jean et Montmarin.
The duo has won numerous awards for work on brands such as Conforama, Land Rover, McDonald’s, Nivea Men, NRJ Mobile, Orangina, Sony, Ubisoft and Volkswagen.
Most recently, they received five Cannes Lions, including the Grand Prix Cyber at Cannes in 2013 for their work on Oreo while at DraftFCB (Now FCB) Paris.
“Sebastien and Pierre-Marie’s world-class talent shows how powerful gyro’s talent magnet continues to be,” said gyro CEO and Chief Creative Officer Christoph Becker. “They will help push our creative quality culture to the highest levels as we continue to build our global ideas shop in the French market.”
At gyro’s Paris office Faussurier and Zanini will be teamed with gyro Paris President Didier Stora and Director of Strategic Planning Evelyne Bourdonne.
