Executives are on the move at Publicis Groupe's DigitasLBi. The global marketing and technology agency promoted Norman de Greve from Chief Solutions Officer to President, Boston-Detroit. De Greve succeeds Barbara Goose, who is leaving DigitasLBi to become Global CMO of technology and services firm, Altisource.

As President of  DigitasLBi Boston-Detroit, de Greve will be responsible for driving growth at the 800+ employee region, in addition to talent development and management, investments, and strategic guidance for region’s client base, which includes Cessna, General Motors, Lenovo, and PUMA. He will report to Tony Weisman, CEO, DigitasLBi North America.

"Under his thoughtful, progressive, and dynamic watch, Norman has successfully grown and managed numerous brands over the years," says Weisman. Now as President, de Greve outlines his priorities as driving "new ways to build brands in a world with elevated consumer expectations, the rise of mobile as the primary digital interface, and fragmenting media.” He also intends to “continue to bring the startup mentality to the work that we’re doing for clients – working together in small, agile teams to rapidly produce new ideas and products.”

In his previous role as EVP/Chief Solutions Officer of DigitasLBi North America, de Greve was responsible for many initiatives, including defining and executing the agency’s key go-to-market offerings, including digital products and services, media, analytics, and the new technologies incubator “Start Up Connect.”
