Libenson will contribute to the day-to-day leadership of approximately 70 team members in Rosetta's New York Fifth Ave. office and report to Managing Director Jay Lichtenstein.
He brings a wealth of experience to this position. Over the course of his career, he has worked with healthcare brands including Lipitor, Sutent, Viagra and Premarin, as well as leading global brands such as AT&T, Fidelity, Pfizer, Merck, Novartis, Fruit of the Loom, BASF, Madison Square Garden, and Johnson & Johnson. Most recently he served as senior vice president of multichannel strategy at The CementBloc and previously has worked at Publicis Groupe and Omnicom Group shops Saatchi & Saatchi Health and Cline, Davis & Mann.
Networking landed him this position. A former colleague recommended him to the agency and he had always wanted to move into customer engagement, which he believes is not just customer-centricity, but how to connect that to providing value to the brand. "I’ve been passionate about linking marketing strategy to execution for more than 15 years, and Rosetta is an industry leader at that, making it a natural fit for me to join the agency," he says.
Now, Libenson has high expectations for the agency's consulting practice. "Rosetta has been recognized as the #2 customer engagement agency in the world," says Libenson. "If you count agencies that have an in-house consultancy, Rosetta is #1. We want to be universally seen as #1, and my main focus and challenge is to help move us more in that direction through growth and global expansion.”
