JWT New York hired Marta La Rock as executive planning director, charged with leading strategic planning on Royal Caribbean and serving as the WPP cross-agency integration lead. She will report to
Robin Bardolia, chief strategy officer of JWT North America. La Rock joins the agency from mcgarrybowen New York, where she served as chief strategy officer, responsible for steering planning for all
of the agency's clients, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Dr Pepper Snapple Group and the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, among others. Prior to mcgarrybowen, La Rock was senior partner, worldwide
planning director at Ogilvy & Mather, collaborating with planners and account teams on accounts including GSK, Kimberly-Clark and SC Johnson. She also previously served as head of planning at
Young & Rubicam New York, Publicis and TracyLocke. "Marta brings an excellent track record for brand thought leadership across many categories, and a commitment to stewarding talent to the New
