British grocery store chain Tesco has a new CEO with a plan. Dave Lewis, the new head of the struggling company, started this week and on his first day, sent at email to all 500,000 employees of the
company, asking for them to email him back directly with their tips on how the chain could be improved. He's clearly not going for inbox zero in his new role.
