The Advertising Council announced the promotions of three staff members: CHRIS VILLARREAL has been promoted to Campaign Manager; ELIZABETH KILCLINE has been named Associate Manager, Corporate Development; and ABHA PALMER has been promoted to Manager, Media Measurement and Analysis. Villarreal worked at Ogilvy & Mather as a member of the IBM account team before joining the Ad Council in June of 2001 as Assistant Campaign Manager. Kilcline worked as a sales assistant at New York magazine prior to joining the Ad Council in April of 2001 as Administrative Assistant, Corporate Development. Palmer worked for two years as an analyst at Revlon before joining the Ad Council in May of 1999 as Media Analyst for the Ad Council’s Media Measurement department.
