CAREN L. SINCLAIR-KAY has been named senior director of online for Men's Health and Rodale's sports brands, including Backpacker, Bicycling, Mountain Bike, Runner's World and Rodale's Scuba Diving. Sinclair-Kay, a former e-commerce executive from Oxygen Media, will report to Tom Beusse and be based in Rodale's New York office.
