Neustar Taps comScore For vCE Ratings, Viewability Measurement

Neustar has partnered with comScore to bring validated Campaign Essentials (vCE) to its marketing analytics platform.

Perhaps the largest aspect of the partnership is that it will bring viewability rating and reporting to Neustar’s offering. Neustar's platform did not previously have a viewability component.
