AdEase Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations has named Trisha Hall Blake managing partner and vice president of media. Hall Blake joined AdEase in 2011 and quickly rose to group media director
at the agency's San Diego headquarters. Prior to AdEase, she was director of corporate media for MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas.
