360i Appoints 3 Execs To The C-Suite

Dentsu digital shop 360i has elevated three executives to newly created C-Suite positions, the agency said Thursday.

The agency’s C-Suite expansion is designed to help manage ongoing growth and expansion.  Recently the agency -- which now has 700 staffers -- won media planning and buying duties and social media management for spirits marketer Pernod Ricard USA.

The shop also recently joined the agency roster of brewing giant A-B InBev, which awarded it a global digital insights and strategy assignment.

Effective immediately, SVP of strategy Lee Maicon becomes chief strategy officer, VP of Marketing and Operations Amanda Malko becomes chief marketing officer and SVP of Finance David Perkins becomes CFO.

“More marketers are turning to us to help them develop the right go-to-market strategies in an increasingly complex media landscape, and Lee, Amanda and Dave have all had an indelible impact on  evolving our agency to meet this demand,” said Sarah Hofstetter, CEO, 360i.

The executive promotions come after a year in which the agency developed both digital and through-the-line programs for clients like Clinique, HBO, Toyota, Scotts Miracle-Gro and New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation.

In addition to the new InBev and Pernod assignments, the shop this year has also been named Digital AOR for Nestle’s Lean Cuisine.

Maicon will oversee strategy and planning at the agency. Since joining 360i in 2010, he has developed its strategy capabilities and built a growing team of integrated strategic specialists.

As CMO, Malko will lead 360i’s positioning, branding and communications, to differentiate the agency and attract talent and new business -- the latter an area that she will continue to oversee. Malko has been with the agency since 2007.

As CFO, Perkins will oversee the agency’s finance, IT and legal operations. Since joining 360i in 2013, he is credited with advancing and streamlining the agency’s financial operations.
